Oriental Chicken Chop

You won't believe how easy it is to prepare this chicken chop and It is very yummy to go with rice or bread. Add some greens to make it a complete meal.

Serving: 2

Ingredients A:

2 deboned chicken drumstick, marinate with

1 tbs soy sauce +

1/4 tsp black pepper+

1/4 tsp white pepper+

1 tsp corn starch

Ingredients B:

2 tbs tomoto sauce

1 tbs HP sauce

1 tsp sugar

1/4 cup water

1 tbs oil

Method:

1) Heat up rice cooker or pan on low fire with oil. Use a tong to pick up the meat from the sauce and brown each side for 5 minutes.

2) Mix Ingredients B together with the remaining marinate, stir well and pour onto the half cooked chicken. Simmer for another 10 minutes until sauce thicken.

3) Serve hot with rice or bread.

Tips: The longer you marinate the meat, the tastier it becomes. Cover the marinated meat with cling film or in a close lid container, put in the fridge overnight.
