Guinness Stout Chicken Rice
You may or may not like to drink Guinness Stout, how about using it to cook this one dish wonder? It is not only aromatic, it is also packed with the nourishing elements of a stout!

Ingredients:
1 cup rice (wash and drain)
1 deboned chicken thigh or 100g (cut into bite size)
6 - 8 french beans (cut into 1cm length)
1 tsp salt
2 table spoon teriyaki sauce
3/4 cup Guinness stout
Method:
1) Put rice into rice cooker, level it.
2) Line chicken on top of rice, then add the french beans.
3) Mix salt + teriyaki sauce + Guinness stout together. Pour on top of ingredients.
4) Put on the rice cooker lid, turn on the rice mode and cook until done (about 30 minutes). Let it continue to steam for another 5 minutes
5) Garnish the rice with boneto flakes and green onions before serve (optional).
Notes: Do not shake the Guinness stout. Pour out slowly into the measuring cup.
